“Above and beyond” is a phrase often thrown around, but in Patti’s case, it’s a motto. As a Yale alumna, she served as an interviewer for prospective students, and while earning her MBA from The Wharton School, she helped students as an admission office application evaluator. Not stopping there, she earned certification in college counseling from UCLA, and then served as an intern college counselor to high school students in the Roslyn Union Free School District.

Annie brings a wealth of cross-cultural expertise and a strong academic background to her college counseling. A graduate of Harvard and UCLA, she has worked in both undergraduate and graduate admissions at Harvard, where she focused on equity and diversity initiatives. Her experience guiding underrepresented students through competitive admissions processes has shaped her student-centered approach. Today, Annie helps students uncover their unique strengths and passions, empowering them to craft standout applications for the most selective universities.

A former admissions officer at Cornell University and Senior Associate Dean of Admission at Bates College, Jared brings 22 years of experience reviewing more than 20,000 applications at selective universities. His career spans roles at Cornell, Brandeis, Bates, and the University of Maine, giving him a unique perspective on what competitive schools truly value in applicants. Known for his ability to help students uncover their authentic strengths, Jared guides families through the admissions process with insight, strategy, and a deep understanding of how to stand out in highly competitive applicant pools.

Christopher is pretty good at winning. They’re a champion ballroom dancer, National Merit Scholar, and two-time recipient of Yale’s Light Fellowship. When Christopher chose to pursue a career in college counseling, naturally, they were good at that, too. After graduating from Yale in 2014, they moved to California and counseled students who went on to Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, and Yale, to name a few. In fact, a majority of Christopher's students have gone on to Ivy League or "Near-Ivy" colleges.

With nearly 20 years in college counseling, Mary has guided students to top universities and competitive programs across the country. She has led district-wide initiatives for first-generation and high-potential students in San Francisco and founded her own independent counseling firm, where she helped students earn admission to highly selective public and private colleges. A graduate of Brown University and American University, Mary brings both depth of expertise and a student-centered approach that empowers every applicant to reach their full potential.
