Sarah Turner

College Counselor

Sarah Turner may have racked up some equestrian awards back in the day, but she doesn’t horse around when it comes to admissions. As Director of Admission at two independent schools in New England, she's reviewed and analyzed thousands of admission and financial aid applications, managed admissions committees, and liaised with Board members. In her role as interim college counselor at Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, MA, she advised and shepherded actors, musicians, dancers, visual artists, and filmmakers through the college admissions process. In addition to artists, Sarah loves guiding students who are interested in the humanities, business, STEM, and those who are undecided, just to name a few. Helping students learn more about themselves and thoughtfully guiding them to the next big step in their lives is her passion.

Abby Maguire

College Counselor

Abby Maguire caught the undergraduate admissions bug at her alma mater, St. Lawrence University, where she was a tour guide and four year starting goalkeeper for the women’s soccer team. After graduation, she spent two seasons as the assistant coach of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s (RPI) soccer team before moving into the undergraduate admissions office. Abby worked on RPI’s admissions team for two years before switching sides of the desk and joining Collegewise. She just celebrated six years with Collegewise in April.
