Activities & Experiences That Matter: Building an Authentic & Impactful College Profile

Join Collegewise and our partner Travel for Teens on Wednesday, February 11 at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT for a webinar with former Northwestern Admissions Officer Renee Bischoff on how students can turn their activities into meaningful impact in the college admissions process.

Is your teen’s activity list truly helping them, or just filling space?

In this webinar, co-hosted with our partner Travel for Teens, former Northwestern Admissions Officer Renee Bischoff will explain how students can build a standout activities profile by pursuing experiences that truly matter to them - especially during summers and school breaks.

You'll learn how to:

  • Choose activities to reflect genuine interest, rather than checking boxes
  • Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and impact (even without holding formal titles!)
  • Use school breaks & summers strategically to explore interests through projects, programs, research, travel, or work experiences
  • How to understand how admissions officers evaluate extracurriculars, and what types of experiences really stand out

🎓 PLUS: Live Q&A with Renee
Get your questions answered and gain insider insight from someone who’s reviewed applications from the other side of the table.
